On my subway train this morning, as I was crosswording with my headphones on, I noticed a crowd of people migrating to the other side of the train. I look up and down the car, just in time to view a vagabond ending his morning vomit. (and this was no movie mouthful)

As the first snow falls...
Was asked about my stance on snow (like or dislike) and I found myself on the side of my precipitous friend. I noted “It makes everything look pretty.” Upon further thought, I realize it also represents so much more. Reminds us there are things out of our control, that perhaps sometimes we should slow down, maybe stay in and maybe even enjoy ourselves (like we did as kids). :)

Today's list of things I realized:
• I had a dream about Kimora Lee? (Really, she’s in my subconscious?)
• Ern is an acceptable variation on my name, as is Ernyo or Ernesto, but never Ernie.
• I’m probably NOT seeing the new Aaron Sorkin play tomorrow.
• Kimora Lee rode in her BABYPHAT (vanity plated & emblemed) SUV in Woodside in front of me. (???!!!)
• A whole week in November after Thanksgiving throws off my...

Thinking about how if you said “an hour later” it could be heard/misunderstood as “a now or later” which someone might confuse with the candy “Now and Later.”
